Senator Taylor objected. The question being: "Shall the reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 159(FIN) be held to May 13?" HB 159 Senator Taylor requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 159(FIN) "An Act allowing a person under age 21 to be arrested by a peace officer without a warrant for illegal possession, consumption, or control of alcohol; relating to the offenses of driving while intoxicated and failure to submit to a chemical test of breath or blood; and providing for an effective date" be taken up at this time. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Senator Duncan objected. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" Senators Taylor, Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.
